About Me

Hi. I'm Tash, and I am a Yoga Australia Level 1 qualified yoga instructor.

I came to yoga more than 20 years ago. What I loved most about yoga when I began was that for that one hour when I was practicing, I wasn't thinking about anything else. For me, yoga was a completely absorbing practice, allowing me to be fully present. 

For a time I stopped attending classes; however, I never gave up the practice. 

​

​Then, about 7 years ago, after going through a stressful period in my life, I returned to the yoga studio. This time what I loved about classes was the way yoga helped me to develop a more compassionate relationship towards myself and enabled me to re-align the parts of my life that were out of balance. I became a regular practitioner once more and my love and passion for yoga expanded to the point where I wanted to share that passion with others.

 

​As a yoga teacher, I hope to help students develop more self-compassion and assist them to re-align their own lives by bringing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being into balance.
